Please read the Privacy Statement carefully to understand how Travify collects, uses and discloses information about customers and how to update or change your personal information and how we communicate with you.
Travify Rewards is one way in which Travify endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business. Members of Travify Rewards are able to earn and accumulate "Nights" that can be redeemed for Travify Rewards benefits, also known as "Rewards".
JOINING TRAVIFY REWARDS
To enroll in Travify Rewards visit www.travify.com and follow the prompts to create an account and register. Travify Rewards is open to anyone over 18 years old who signs up to Travify Rewards with a valid email address.
The benefits that are available to you through Travify Rewards are based on the number of "Nights" that you earn. You can earn Nights by booking accommodation via Travify, being one of the first 1,000 Travify Rewards members to sign up AND pay the deposit, for referring friends to Travify, by being referred to Travify by a friend, and/or for submitting travel videos which are then selected by the Travify team for the Travify website or future marketing materials.
You will collect 1 Night for every night you book and complete via Travify. You must be signed in to your Travify Rewards account when you book online and then forward your booking to email@example.com so we can credit Nights to your account after your stay. Only Travify Rewards members can collect Nights.
If you collect Nights for a hotel stay but we later believe that you did not complete your hotel stay (an “Invalid Night”), we reserve the right to remove these Invalid Nights from your account. This could happen if you cancel your booking or did not turn up at the hotel, which would make the nights invalid. You cannot collect any Invalid Nights towards our Rewards.
You can also collect 1 Night by being one of the first 1,000 Travify Rewards Members to create a Travify Rewards account AND pay the $100USD deposit. If you create a Travify Rewards account but DO NOT pay the $100USD deposit, you will not earn a Night.
You can also collect 1 Night for every friend you successfully refer to Travify, up to a maximum of 5 Nights. A referral is successful if the referred friend creates a Travify Rewards account, pays the deposit, and then books and completes at least 1 stay via Travify to earn 1 Night.
You can also collect 1 Night if you accept a referral to Travify Rewards from a friend. To do so, the referred friend must create a Travify Rewards account, pay the deposit, and then books and complete at least 1 stay via Travify to earn 1 Night. The referred friend must also indicate the referral on the sign up form when they first create their Travify Rewards account.
You can also collect 1 Night for every travel video you submit which is then selected by the Travify team for use on the Travify website or future marketing materials. Travify will consider a maximum of 10 videos for review per Travify Rewards member and each Travify Rewards member can earn up to a maximum of 3 Nights via video submissions. In addition to the information above, you will not collect Nights for the following:
- Stays completed after December 31st, 2019
- Bookings made and/or stays completed before you joined Travify Rewards
- Bookings made that are under $100USD
- Bookings made for other guests than yourself
- Multiple bookings on the same day – you can only earn 1 night per calendar day
You are responsible for making sure your account is correct. If you believe that you have not collected the correct amount of Night, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Nights will be added to your account within forty-eight (48) hours of the stay being completed, at 8am EST.
When you collect enough Nights, you may redeem them for Rewards, subject to availability. Rewards are of limited supply and distributed on a first come, first served basis, unless indicated otherwise.
To redeem a Reward, log into Travify Rewards and follow the instructions to redeem. A Reward will be deemed claimed when the redemption form is successfully completed on the Travify website. If a Travify Rewards member attempts to claim a Reward with an insufficient number of Night, that Reward claim will be voided.
If you are successfully in redeeming a Reward, the corresponding number of Nights will be deducted from you account.
You may redeem up to a maximum of 1 Reward. The deadline for redeeming Rewards for Nights collected in the year 2019 is March 31st, 2020. All Nights earned in 2019 will expire on April 1st, 2020.
Collected Nights have no cash value and Rewards may not be converted to cash, unless more than one Travify Rewards member is eligible for the same Reward (i.e. a tie), in which case, the cash value of the Reward will be distributed to the winners of the Reward and that Reward will be voided.
All Reward redemptions are final and may not be returned our refunded.
There are no membership fees associated with Travify Rewards. Nights accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value.
Your Nights, Rewards and account under Travify Rewards are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have only one (1) Travify Rewards account that is personal to you.
Without notice to you, Travify also reserves the right to "unregister" and make ineligible for the Travify Rewards program any account that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years, unless otherwise required by law. Inactive is defined as no Nights earned. In the event that your account is unregistered or rendered inactive, then all accumulated Nights in your account are void.
Travify reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the Travify Rewards program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.
