Burj Khalifa Tickets

• Entry point is at the Lower Ground Level of Dubai Mall (access via Level 1, Cinema Car Park, Section M).
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your selected time slot to allow for security and ticket collection.
• You must present: The PDF voucher or 7-digit order number received from the tour operator (Orient Tours) A valid photo ID matching the booking name
• You can enter only at the time slot shown on your confirmation. Once inside, you may stay as long as you like during opening hours.
• The confirmation is only valid for the specific date and time booked and expires thereafter.

• Follow all security checks and staff instructions at the entrance, ticket counter and elevators.
• Large luggage and items deemed unsafe by security are not permitted.
• Respect other visitors when taking photos; tripods or professional equipment may be restricted.
• Smoking, vaping and consumption of outside food and beverages are generally not allowed inside the attraction.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult; at least one adult ticket is required for any child ticket purchase.
• The observation decks are not wheelchair accessible as per current information provided.

• During peak season, weekends and public holidays, waiting times may still occur at the ticket counter and elevators, even with skip-the-line products.
• Weather conditions (haze, low visibility) cannot be guaranteed. There are no refunds due to hazy or poor visibility conditions.

• All tickets are non-refundable once confirmed, unless otherwise specified in the product conditions.
• Time slots are subject to availability; if your chosen slot is not available, you may be allocated the closest available time.

There are three main options: At the Top (Levels 124–125), At the Top SKY (Levels 124–125–148 with skip-the-line access), and The Lounge (Levels 152–154 with premium refreshments).

A standard visit to Levels 124–125 takes around 1 hour. Visits including Level 148 or The Lounge typically last 1.5–2 hours.

Only SKY and The Lounge tickets include skip-the-line access. Standard At the Top tickets include timed entry but not full fast-track access.

Levels 124–125 operate from early morning to midnight. Levels 148 and 152–154 generally open from 09:00 to 23:00. Exact hours depend on the time slot selected.

Take the Dubai Metro Red Line to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station, or arrive by bus routes stopping at Dubai Mall. Visitors driving can park directly at Dubai Mall and follow signs to the Burj Khalifa entrance on Lower Ground Level.
